When you order a drink with whip, try stirring the whip into the drink as soon as they give it to you and THEN drink it! The drink gets nice n thick n sweet :)
If you go often enough, they remember your name--and you'll get your drink faster! Super friendly staff .
These folks probably have the most difficult Starbucks in the country . Always packed. And they always deliver drinks with professionalism and friendliness. Big fan of this Starbucks crew!
I love y'all, but can we learn to have more baristas on duty during early morning rush hour. Pretty pretty please? I can't count the # of times I've walked out and gone to Caribou b/c off the line . :(
I don't get all the critisizm. I always have a pleasant experience when i come here. And apparently this is my 20th visit this month so i know what i am talking about :)
Much better than the 14 & L location, especially in the mornings. Great staff with great attitudes!
Get seat @ booth by window, you can people watch all day long!
Peppermint Mocha
If you're a soy fan like me, grab a Grande Vanilla Soy Latte , you can't lose--sugar free!
Excellent customer service from Devin. He really embodies the great conversation over coffee with the locas and tourist
Diana is super awesome and super cool...she works at night and on weekends. Let's just say she's generous. ;)
Staff are polite, bathroom is usually clean . Unfortunately they get hammered with a lot of tourists from nearby hotels . Lots more seating than the Starbucks down the street on Farragut Square.
Don't like this Starbucks? Well walk a block over to 15th and there is another one. We are so blessed.
This is a very quick Starbucks! I'm surprised at all the other comments!
Great place with great music !
The baristas are really nice
Efficiency of this Starbucks has gone way up. I enjoy stopping in here a few mornings each week for an iced coffee .
My favorite Starbucks in the city . The staff is great.
Staff is VERY friendly .
Evening staff are unprofessional at best.. You learn everything that you don't want to know about customer service.
No better place for early morning coffee and bagels
Super friendly staff !
Went at 4:30pm on a Monday, and there was no line , but had to wait at least 5 minutes for my drink. I have no idea why it took so long, but it goes to show how slow service is here.
If you go right at noon, there's no line
Isaias is my new fav! Awesome customer service!
Don't listen to anything victor Sanchez says
!!!This SBUX Rocks!!!!
This SBUX makes the WORST cup of coffee I've ever had!! Even with specific instructions they still can't get it right...don't waste your time, go to one of the other locations in the area!
friendly staff , but VERY VERY inefficient, even if there isn't a long line , you have to wait at least 5 minutes to get your drink
Service here is never exceptional and quality of drink consistency must be improved. High traffic so feel they're pain but staff is rarely friendly at all.
52476 is the key
They need more than 3 staff during the morning rush .
Omg my 74 year old father moves faster than these people.
Fast Service
Two cashiers + one Batista = long wait .
Avoid the restrooms . They are used by the homeless. Most Starbucks downtown allow this.
Service not premium. Orange Blossom tea was safe and good.
Iced Green Tea is on the money!
They are super slow, especially during the rush.
Totally agreeing with the tip about it being slow...
Small venue and not many seats. More of a grab n go Starbucks.
Gingerbread latte SUCKS at this location! Sheesh!
Free wifi dats all I needed
Terrible. How do you make 5 mistakes on one drink. It should not take more than 5 minutes for a drink.
Fast service plays bob marley
long lines , but seems par for the course in dc.
This is the slowest Starbucks experience I've ever had. At least it's scenic
There are too many flies in here...
Lol...slowest Starbucks ever.
Slowest Starbucks, better off going to the one on 15.
Great coffee. They roast it themselves. Try the Nutella mocha. - Josh Higgins
Tons of history here. The house looks amazing and the grounds are so well kept. - Karen
Great spot for food truck lunch. Veggie balls & cauliflower fresh from the farm. Yum - Elizabeth Evans
Beautiful statues and sculptures with historical context provided. People were walking around or laying down on their breaks. It was a nice, social area to walk through. - Slightly Perfect
