Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa

This is the nicest resort I've been to. Honeymooners get a cabana for free. The entire resort is gorgeous. Definitely check out the spa and yoga classes , and try a Grand Sangria (not on menu).

Get a beachfront room. You won't regret the splurge. Try the banana frozen drink at the outdoor bar . The bartender will know what you're asking for. Oy' This property just sparkles!

Nice pools. Good wifi . Friendly staff . If the food and drinks were cheaper we would be in love.

Club lounge decent. Nice variety of drinks and food items for bfast and hor dourves. Diamond members have option of picking cabana lagoon rental as amenity and unlimited use of the Anara spa .

Perfect honeymoon location. Beautiful view from ocean view rooms. Pools open 24 hours , including the lazy river !

See if you can get an ocean view room. There is a mini fridge in the room which is great if you buy local fruit and want to keep it cool. Nice adult pools .

More like camp Hyatt than a club room . This Hyatt really needs an alternative to providing some sort of "all inclusive" meal plan for families so the club can actually be enjoyable for true members.

Every place you walk in the resort is absolutely remarkable! The view of the ocean and the pools are so beautiful. Can I please stay forever?

We have come since it opened 26 years ago. The property looks the best we have ever seen it. Staff is wonderful.

Great grounds. Spa is very nice - recommend one of the couples days. All the restaurants are good as well .

Use the Green Car service in the lobby. 15/hr gas included w super easy checkin check out. Way cheaper than renting a car for the week of u only plan on going out a few days.

If your flight leaves late at night, check out, leavyou our luggage, go out to do your adventures. When you return to pick up your luggage, ask for a hospitality room (free) to shower and freshen up

Lagoon is amazing place for kids. We bought little sand bucket with shovels in hotel shop and it was perfect.

Nothing not to love. Be sure to go on the walking path at 630 am/pm for great golden hour photos.

Great show once it finally started. It was raining, so it was held in the ballroom , which was a bit of a bust. Food was good!

Very nice resort . I would advise avoiding the specialty drinks , which are very sweet, very dilute, and very expensive .

The pool area is amazing although the bars do not open until 11am. The water slide is surprisingly fun. Don't forget sunscreen !

Not many umbrellas available -- just 3 + rentals. Get up early. Or call way in adv for the rentals -- $50/day is worth it.

They call this an "adult" pool, however there seem lots of little kids allowed in the pool. If you were expecting no screaming kids and a less peed in pool, you should correct your assumptions. Weak.

Outstanding service . We had a flat tire the day we were leaving and they busted a** and got it inflated. I'm writing this at my gate.

Try the pit-smoked Kalua pork and the coconut pudding at the resort 's luau.

These chairs look inviting but they are a mini-sauna. Reserve the green-top canopy cabanas instead --and those fit six people.
