This hotel has the best customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone is friendly and so hospitable . They go out of their way to make you happy which is so rare. Stay here and enjoy!
Book a surfing lesson with Chris Kauwe, the lead surf instructor at the on-site water sports center. He’s known for getting even first-time surfers to stand up on the board.
Service pool side and valet were unmatched. Good food and drink at pool. Helpful surf lesson staff too. Wonderful hotel to stay.
If you have a late departure flight you may be able to get access to their Departure Lounge to shower/freshen up so you can get a couple extra hours in poolside after checking out

Perfect quiet resort . Staff are so friendly , beds are so soft an the view is killer. Food is also delish. Highly recommend a stay here.
A beautiful boutique hotel - beach front , with a beautiful lawn. Try the restaurant , Red Salt , located in the lobby for a delicious sit down dinner . Drinks? Try the Kekaha Gold at the outdoor Cabana .

Best Mai tai on the island . Don't believe the hype elsewhere -- but try them if you must -- then come home to the Koa Kea for the best. You're staying here, right? Good.

Wine tasting Mon evening / Manager’s Cocktail Hour on Wed is a nice touch! (Though cocktail hour is only for 15 min?)
Fantastic boutique resort ... Red Salt restaurant is fabulous. Order the Pork tenderloin ... I would eat it every night for a week!
Rent the snorkel gear , the reef fish are amazing. Make sure to get an underwater camera . It's worth it.

Make sure you don't have a cracked I'd that is taped. TSA doesn't see a problem but they wouldn't accept it. After almost 30 hours to get here not a good start
The restaurant in the lobby (Red Salt ) is good.

Sit in the bar area , live music and they offer both menus, restaurant portion only offers one menu, bar area is kid friendly and fish tacos are amazing. Traditional Hula pie for dessert is a must. - California Coating
Coconut shrimp are delish and nachos are immense. Sliders could be skipped. Solid Mai Tais and beer sampler as well. Great staff, lovely beach views & nice spot to watch sports. - Jenny Hunter
