Friendly service and very nice rooms. My room was incredibly spacious and comfortable to compared to other hotel rooms in Midtown Manhattan. Highly recommend this place!

Great boutique hotel a short walk to most midtown attractions and subway is around the corner. Very comfortable quiet upscale rooms. Yes they're small but this is NY! The rooftop lounge is gorgeous.

The rooftop bar is great. Check the seat cushions to be sure they aren't soaked from rain before you sit down. The bartenders in the lobby bar wouldn't turn the tv channel for us "didn't know how"

Staff was very rude and not helpful. Rooms are very small, and the wood paneling in our room was rotting away/misshapen. Huge comfy beds , though! And Opia is FANTASTIC. Try the spinach !!

Extremely small rooms in which ironing board could be hardly unfolded! Not to mention other maintenance issues: drip taps, smelly room, noisy AC , no toiletry etc. Location is really good though.

Room 603 is not small. Street noise can be an issue. Elevators take forever and are very small. Otherwise, a very nice stay. Good location, restaurant and bar are good.

Help is fantastic. Vinny in the bar is awesome. A great place to stay.

Staff is lovely. Fireside lounge is fun. Decor is interesting. Bath is big but water is slow and less hot than one could wish. Location is great, though.

Business office and gym was nice. Rooms a little small. I'd recommend it!!

Traffic on Lexington goes all night. Make sure you've got ear plugs!

Highly recommend avoiding room service at all costs. Super slow, and a college kid can make better food in a dorm room.

Beds aren't very comfy . Even with my head on pillows , my feet are higher in the air...
