Why I love staying here: Extraordinary customer service; rooms that are clean , nicely furnished, and tastefully decorated; perfect location; in house restaurant with great food. They do things right!

Great hotel . Love the pool &gym . Kevin in the concierge lounge delivers fantastic customer service. He also gives great restaurant recommendations. Will definitely be staying here when in town again.

Every time I have stayed here, the front desk staff has been wonderful. The rooms are recently remodeled, and the location is perfect. I'm a huge fan!!

The recently renovated rooms and beds are functional and very comfortable . So much better than the other options nearby (e.g. Sheraton, Westin, DoubleTree)

While it may not look like much on the outside the inside is beautiful. Staff is awesome and rooms are nice. Very nice hotel .

Great view of downtown Columbus from my room. Staff was friendly and efficient. The whole hotel is being remodeled.

Really nice rooms and service is great too. They were celebrating Diwali at the lounge with some Indian food . I like cultured places :)

21st floor . Great breakfast , snacks throughout day, good appetizers , and fresh baked cookies ! Kevin is the best!!!

Only outdoor hotel pool downtown. No table service, but there are outdoor tables , chairs, chaise lounges , and sofas . Bring a picnic or order pizza delivery . Plastic cups a MUST.

Great hotel , right in the middle of downtown Columbus. Great decor!

My room is always freezing (I have to put the temperature control in 83 degrees!), housekeeping is a nuisance in the AM and PM.

The corner rooms are nice, And there's nothing like the Concierge on the 21st floor ! Great staff ...

The valet is very nice and it has a very good location in Columbus.

If they try and put you in room 2121 don't take it, right next to club. Convenient if you don't mind getting up early

The beds here are so comfortable ...fluffy and light and I sleep amazing here

The rooftop pool ? That would be on the fourth floor. Not the twenty-first. Or the tenth. Or the sixth. Or the fifth. The fourth. ;)

If you want a full bath be sure to ask for it or you'll just get a shower . The air conditioning is also woefully inadequate.

Room is small. If I change my mind I'll need to leave the room to have enough room to do so.

Check out the concierge located on the 21st floor , Club 21. Excellent breakfast and a decent happy hour spot w/ free wifi .

As with every Marriott , they're wireless sucks. However they do have Ethernet connections in the rooms. Won't do you any good with your smart phone or iPad, though.

With Tip Top right across the street, there's never a reason why one should order room service . It's mediocre and overpriced anyway.

Grrrr... 2 days in a row, no hot water, then NO water!

Kevin Egan is the best! Helped with places to eat and made sure we had all we needed for our Marriott experience!
