Great place, but on the weekends make sure you order breakfast from room service ! You can plan it the night before, get it delivered. Its reasonably priced and everything around the hotel is closed!

Ignore all the bitchy complaints, this Sheraton rocks! Attentive staff , comfy beds , yummy bloody Mary's and a Starbucks!!!

The parking costs are ridiculous. Next time ill stay outside the city with free parking and a pool.

If there are renovated rooms here, they may only be for SPG elites. Rooms are dated and dark with poor lighting. Renaissance up the street has MUCH better rooms and beds.

Good lounge if you have status. No wired internet and the WiFi is dreadfully slow.. And yes it costs $10/day if you don't have preferred status.

don't use the elevator on the back right as you're looking at the bank of elevators to floors 2-12. It breaks. Often.

Room service is hit and miss - last night they completely forgot my order, the night before I got it an hour after ordering.

Originally built to be a Hyatt and was until 2011, disappointing change.

It's true about having to wait for the valet . Plan accordingly.

Renovated rooms are MUCH nicer.

Bye bye Sheraton. The mayor is leaving for good. Didn't like the GM response to my comments. Didn't seem like I was a valued Platinum guest.
