The Westin Great Southern Columbus

Obviously the negative comments are from people who do not stay every week for work here! I get treated like a queen! My room is the workout room w a treadmill and bike , bath, king bed fit for a queen

The location is perfect, the staff defines professional & courteous, and the rooms are stylishly furnished and comfy . Some rooms are tiny... Ask for a larger space and they will oblige if available.

The best service anywhere. Had a great dinner in Thurbera restaurant and enjoying a relaxing evening in a comfy bed . Very friendly staff . Loved my experience at the Westin Columbus.

So. Many. Electrical. Outlets. <3 Hahaha easy to access outlets for your devices so you don't have to reach awkwardly and unplug their lamp. (Don't act like you've never done that.)

Love their toiletries. And service has been excellent and caring. They go above and beyond to make it a great experience for you.

If you forgot you phone charger (or any charger in general), try checking out the Business Center . There's a drawer full of all kinds of chargers for your use.

Comfortable and updated rooms. Excellent downtown location.

Used to be the Great Southern Hotel , Starwood bought it and converted to a Westin. Good lobby bar , the one bartender has been there for at least 10 years and will take care of you.

Friendliest staff ever! The rooms may be small but the best service I've received in a hotel in a long time

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My room is large and spacious and I got my room for less than $100 per night by naming my own price on priceline.

The bed is super comfortable ! The bar makes great drinks but the female bartender there during happy hour is anything but happy!

Getting upgraded to a junior suite AND getting my 500 platinum points makes the older hotel worth it. Plus I love that Westin smell when you walk through the door!

The best shower I've had in a while. Double shower heads by Speakman. Love.

Make sure to order the Blueberry Orange Pancakes !

Westin is always a great experience elsewhere. This location ranks at the bottom by far. Very surprised by this.

You can rent gym clothes and shoes for 5$

They have no Executive Lounge here.

Small 2 double bed room. No bathtub. No countertop space in the bathroom . Not bad but I've stayed at better Westins.

It's in a great neighborhood if you need a bail bondsman or a Greyhound bus .

Rooms are tiny. Not even enough room for one king size bed , you'll be stuck w a single queen
