Small, cramped, and often busy but service is friendly and the chef is very humble. The ramen is some the best in the city , my fav is the torigara . Get the gyoza to start.
Chef uses yuzu—think Japanese lemon—to make a light, citrusy and floral broth.. it is something you need to try! Verdict is evident, this places ranks in the best of the best ramen spots in NYC!

TastingTable: ...ladeling 4 types of ramen , including a yuzu dashi , spiced curry & a veggie miso bowl made w/Momofuku's XO sauce . That last bowl might sound familiar to fans of Sun Noodle 's Ramen Lab
Heads up: their shoyu broths are fish based !! Great service, really cool decor. Got to try their tonkotsu broth, which was a limited special, really rich & yummy!!
Best ramen in the city imo. Definitely go with the optional egg , tastiest addition to the meal. Heads up that there is very limited seating but it's worth 100% worth the wait
Tiny place, don't sit near the door if u can avoids, ppl will knock into u constantly. Gyoza is light and crispy , torigara is on point, light broth. Get with egg . Tip is already included in price.
Fantastic vegan ramen , best I’ve had in the city . Their special mazemen ramen was perfect for a hot summer day.
Like it! Tiny, but ramen here is something you will die for! Try any on a menu - they all are delicious!
Lovely hole in wall spot. Delicious new pork ramen . Sake closer to brady was best in tasting. Top photo.

Love the yuzu dashi ! Refreshing and light, yet hits the spot like a great bowl of ramen should.
Can't go wrong. In the winter, the curry ramen with extra Szechuan pepper is amazing

The Shaki Shaki spicy wasn’t that spicy - the broth is very light and clean . I’m more of a fatty broth girl but I can see the appeal.
yuzu dashi and the szechuan cucumber . and a side of sake . the go to if you're looking for a clean , comfort food
Miso ramen is fantastic. Get the side of soft boiled egg , you don't even need to add pork . Flavorful and delicious.
Couldn't decide between two so i went with the torigara with a side of chilli oil ????????
Underrated ramen spot! Broth was so rich creamy and awesome.
Perfection in a bowl. Everything is good. If your ramen doesn’t have an egg … get an egg !
high quality ramen , artisanal noodles and very rich broth.
Great addition to the NYC ramen scene! The curry ramen is unique - thick and flavorful.
I could sell my soul for their curry ramen . So far it's a number one ramen place for me!
Great noodles . The pork broth is tasty and the ajitama egg is perfectly soft boiled.
Spicy miso ramen with a soy soaked egg ! Shishito peppers with sea salt too
Torigara is fantastic. Love the fish base in the broth
Incredible chicken broth and great noodles .
Tiny place but the ramen is amazing!!
comes in chicken broth - different from your typical pork broth , but just as great.
Super small space so go early! Very refined chicken based broth
Best ramen around. The dumplings were delicious too.
Interesting broths but not a stand-out/destination. Good place to go when nearby. Get the egg .
Chewy noodles and thick creamy broth ftw
Miso add chashu
I love their food but the last one that I got was a bit too salty?
I also love the yuzu dashi dish.
Yuzu dashi ????
Tried their Shaki Shaki spicy ramen . Nothing impressive to be honest. Broth doesn't have enough flavor
Curry ramen
Maybe it was an off night, but absolutely nothing wowed me. Except the service was attentive and friendly .
Tontoro ramen
Ton Toro Pork
Gave me food poisoning
