Tasty and unique ramen experience. The service also tops. Super nice folks who are all helpful and extremely nice. I dined alone at the bar and will be back! Also tried the fried chicken . Well done.
DEF RECOMMEND!!! We got karaage (fried chicken ) + the tsukemen (ramen and noodles separate) and omg it was beyond delicious, wow so good. The wait staft rushed things along, but good with questions
obviously get the tsukemen . noodles are chewy and perfect and the 60 hour broth is to die for
The broth is unbelievably rich. Because of this, I prefer the tsukemen since it has a more vinegary taste. The chashu will melt in your mouth and the soft boiled egg is perfect.
Tsukemen was super rich and delicious. Feel like the flavor got a bit much towards the end but a great time. Think the soup could be a bit hotter. They offer a hot stone but it takes up all the room.
Big bowl of thick noodles with a large amount of bean sprouts and veggies ! Garlicky broth that will make you satisfied.
This is “the ramen ” from Japan! It would be perfect if the kitchen staff mastered cooking vegetables .
Broth is thick and garlicky. Their chashu ration is hearty, 5 slices. You really dont need to add any extra toppings to their tonkatsu char siu tsukemen ramen , it comes already.
Really delicious ramen ! Get the option with noodles separate from the toppings, or it will overflow and be hard to eat!
The noodles are definitely on the firm side. So make sure you like al dente noodles . The broth was amazing.
Flavorful broth; perfectly chewy noodles ; friendly staff ; hot rocks to keep your soup warm. This is New York’s next big ramen spot! ????
The veggie ramen is out of this world! For an added kick, get the devil sea salt - you won’t regret it.
Dipping ramen and hot stone for outdoor dining is bomb and lunchtime to go onigiri is awesome
Very large portions , can easily split 1 ramen with 2 moderately hungry people. Many bean sprouts . Tskukemen is very similar to tonkatsu in flavor profile.
The tsukemen ramen is the move. They also have some great sake selection .
Tsukemen is wonderful. Get the devil chili on the side - it is UNREAL
The veggie ramen is so good and has such a deep, rich flavour!Oh, and get the devil salt...
Good tsukemen and karaage . I’d skip the yasai ramen .
Tsukemen was rich and delicious
Best tsukemen in New York. Get it with the kuro-oni chili powder !
This is an extremely large bowl of ramen . Get the chili powder add on.
My friends recommended it. I tried it. Loved it.
Brooklyn Kura on tap !
Get the chicken skin . Holy crap. So good.
Tsukemen focused restaurant . Their broth takes 60 hours to get done.
Great dipping & traditional ramen here ????
Need a gallon of water to counter the salt. Big portions but the ramen is weirdly overpacked with limp bean sprouts . So much salt ????
Veggie ramen = ????
Disappointing Ramen . Broth was tasteless and had a strange film on it. Noodles too thick and seemed undercooked. Nice beer .
Tsukemen is too salty... can’t even finish
Authentic experience, ramen broth and noodles were both amazing. Pork was solid. - Sam Gil
Killer new ramen spot! Get the spicy tonkatsu ramen with a helping of extra pulled pork, and an Orion beer imported from Okinawa. Chef here is from one of Michelin's Top 20 ramen spots in Tokyo. - Sam Brown
Maybe the best bagel in the city. My favorite, at least. Open Sesame bagel sandwich is so good. Definitely worth a visit, even on a crowded weekend morning. Bring cash! - Jordan Lee
They have some of the best vegan flavors in the city! Try the Ovenly chocolate chip cookie. - stephanie mckissick
