Sunday roast lunch for £20 - check what ‘roasts of the day’ are on offer. Book ahead, especially if there’s sport on, as they broadcast the games. Service is a bit slow for Sunday lunch .
Lovely interior, relaxed atmosphere , fab location, but *they'd run out of a lot of food*. Disappointing when you'd made a reservation for 10 ppl for Sunday roast . I'd go again but with trepidation.
The Sunday roast chicken was absolutely cracking - would highly recommend. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. The sunshine pouring through the windows helped, too...
One of my favourite pubs in London! Perfect for that afterwork pint, plenty of space for everyone, good food, what else?
Mini baked bri with red onion chutney wuth your beer is to die for!!!! Trued tge sharps doom bar for 3.8. Grest deal!
Book your table for tomorrow and have the best Sunday Roast in London with a glass of homemade Bloody Mary .
Good selection of beers and wasn't crowded even on a Saturday night. Can always get a seat so it's good for dates .
Nice, spacious pub . Decent food upstairs (and a bar that is always less busy) - a perfect summer afternoon pub . (3 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more
Spacious , traditional gastropub with decent craft beers . Good for groups . Quiz on Tuesdays.
Sunday beef roast ! Gluten-free roundup: the gravy has flour but you can get a roast sans gravy and Yorkshire pudding .
Good food, atmosphere, and selection of ales , lager and bottled beers . Best onion rings I've had in years - try them.
Nice wines . Lovely to sit outside in the summer. Between crowded and cosy otherwise
You can brunch here on Satudays and Sundays until 3pm. Perfect place for us, lazy guys ;)
Join a friendly crowd , drink a great local pint and eat some lovingly-cooked food
Great pub-good food (especially Christmas dinners !) Lively area too.
Aspalls and old rosie as permanent fixtures on tap . Battered sofas and booths , and excellent calamari . My personal favourite pub in the area!
Really nice English pub with craft beers and great atmosphere.
Spacious . Good option for groups. Standard beer selection . High (5) hygiene rating.
Enjoyed the beer here, it's a really nice pub , though watch your belongings as one of my friends thinks her phone/wallet got nicked out of her bag here :( Read more
Roast chicken and a real ale can't be beat on a Sunday afternoon
Sunday roast is as good as it can be... so nothing special imo. A bit overpriced as well
Hoardes of smokers throng outside here and it gets incredibly busy; if you can arrive on a quiet evening it's a great central London location; good wine list ; banana bread beer
Dog friendly pub with good food and beer
odd whiff near the toilets , but good staff and a generally nice pub . not *too* pretentious considering it's central location! lol
Plenty of lager on tap , two to three guest ales and Franziskaner, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Fruli (for the strawberry fans) are always available.
Sierra nevada on tap . Enough said. Quite a nice pub actually, definitely one for the list.
Really nice roast dinner . The gravy was excellent.
Best beet selection in the area hands down, especially for unique cask ales .
Great range of beers on tap
Don't miss draught Addlestones cider !
Was good enough to get work done in the daytime.
Good pub quiz, fairly quick and doesn’t go on too late
Ambience, sandwiches , beer
Good Peroni, staff good, good atmosphere
Lovely pub for a relaxed drink
Pork and Chorizo burger is a winner
insightful beer picks, food above average
Pub quiz every Tuesday at 6.30pm!
Good selection of draft beers
I like it. Great burger . Good crowd. I will come back.
The prosecco is great!
Good crowd, nice variety of beers , not too crowded . Decent.
Reminds me of LSE days. Many students and serious conversations. :)
Great Sunday Roast .
Nice environment ❤️
Food well overpriced for the quality, service wasn't great. Drinks are ok as long as you can enjoy the terrace .
Service sucks, food is okay...I heard the burgers were good here, but it's nowhere as good as a burger in the US. That said, good crowd and they even have some quality beers .
Neat beer and atmosphere!
Crumble and custard is amazing!!
£4:30 for a Guinness is a bit pricey !
Good selection of real ale - great Sunday roasts - huge screen in the back room perfect for watching sport.....worth getting there early for big games as it gets really busy! - Emily-jane
Live music, huge beer garden, free house... the place has everything to enjoy with friends or workmates. May be busy on fridays. - Gorka Guridi
Rented the Kingpin room for the company: such a fun space! Everyone gad great time. Good pizza too. - Valentina Ciolino
Absurdly fast service, and great food. Really nice lunch for less than a tenner. - Andrew Marks
Real food, genuine familiar atmosphere, shared table, good beer. A joy !!! The steak pie was excellent and my kid loved the bread pudding. Average burger. Avg pub prices. I will return. - Costantino Caroppo
