Wonderful place. Provides a unique perspective on the history of Tampa and the role of the cigar industry. Look at their web page for special events , including demonstrations by cigar rollers.
$4 entry fee. Go on Saturday because you can catch the Saturday market across the street in Centennial Park and hit two birds with one stone.

Make sure to get your personal tour of the Casita, the cigar workers home built in 1890. The casita cost the workers only $500 and was paid back at $2 per week, no interest :-)
Well worth the admission. Friendly knowledgeable staff . Check this one out.
Nice surroundings but not too much inside of the main museum . Be sure to schedule your cigar tour AHEAD of time
Make sure u stop at the only piece land in America that belongs to another country ....Jose Marti's park .
