Super friendly staff who will serve you at the moments notice and their store manager is very well versed in HRC history and knowledge ... Here is where we learned why the Sandi HRC are more expensive .
Traditional HardRockCafe, another one in the chain.The location is great, staff is friendly , music is awesome, prices are affordable . However, you may have to stay for 30-45 min for a descent table.
After a rocky start, service has much improved. Great burgers , excellent pancakes and shakes for breakfast , awesome cocktail menu , nice atmosphere. About 5mins walk from Schwedenplatz station.
Burgers are very tasty, some staff members are extremely nice, prices are a bit high and this chocolate lava is wonderful, get a reservation prior ????????
The staff is really nice, the food is very tasty and the rock shop is pretty cool. You have more choices on the menu than others HRC. If you’re visiting Vienna try this Hard Rock Café .

Love going there for birthdays. Servers are always really friendly . Food is amazing. Obviously it’s full with tourist . The Appetizer platter is amazing!
Nice restaurant if you're looking for a unique atmosphere, fresh burgers and the typical american style of customer service. Having a conversation is almost impossible, though, as it is quite loud .

Late happy hour from 10pm. Very friendly staff and (mostly) good tunes . Occasional Pierce the Veil song, but no-one's perfect!
Out of all Hard Rock Cafes I've been at, this one had the best music and staff :D They even sang along the I Want to Break Free :D
It is smaller than other European Hard rock Coffee spots . It is cozy . No fitting rooms.
They have good but pricey Burgers . But they also have glutenfree Buns , so you can enjoy glutenfree Burgers . Just ask your waiter .
