The staff is very friendly . Food is good and pretty cheap . Good music in the background. Old school interior. We had the big ass breakfast and the trucker breakfast . Both amazing!Must do in vancouver!
Busy diner with friendly staff and lots of vegetarian choices . If you don't want to wait, get here right at opening time. Otherwise write your name on the clipboard at the front to wait for a table.
Amazing food, great service, very easy to eat here as a vegetarian and or with food allergies. Bathroom is in the kitchen, but staff is super friendly so its not weird. Vegan mushroom gravy rocks!
Food was fast, hot and very tasty. Service was fabulous. Come to Vancouver a few times a year and found this little hidden gem ! #breakfadt #eggsbenny #neicestrip #canitgetanybetterthanthis
There were many vegetarian options and even some vegan options , all of which sounded really good. Reasonably priced and tasty food. Would have enjoyed it 100% if the servers had been less standoff-ish
Opt for the croissant with bacon and brie . It’s excellent.
Yummy food in a nice diner atmosphere. Service is good and this place has a "funky" vibe which is more than I can say for a lot of places nearby. Portabello burger is good. Good breakfasts .
Sarah / Sara is an amazing waitress & has the best recommendations (especially for this vegan ) around. She's a pretty snazzy dresser too so go see about her & tip her well . 💪😁👍
Still the best diner in Van. Coffee served on arrival, mountainous eggs/pancakes/joy and an at-table juke box too.
Looove classical diners like this. Awesome avocado toast , great staff . Only wish they also had bagels :) <3
The Hakai Omelet is not only very delicious, it also filled my stomach until the evening. Remarkable, was even that much.
Give yourself at least an hour to eat; the nonstop rush keeps the kitchen backed up. The wait staff is pretty solid though. The Templeton is laid back and stays open ’til 11 weekdays and 1am weekends. Read more
I had the farmers breakfast . A good option if you are looking for a vegetarian breakfast
They have great options for vegetarians ! I had the grilled veg&cheese sandwich and it was amazing. Definitely coming back
The Templeton on Granville is a good breakfast and lunch counter serving up strong coffee and old-school egg breakfasts and pancakes in a retro chrome interior. Wake up with hearty fare and good food. Read more
Try the Portobello Mushroom Burger - #20120918 ...with a side of Caesar salad . Vegetarian no meat all mushroom ! Marinated portobello , grilled asiago cheese on multigrain kaiser.
I had the keto plate but honestly the whole menu looks great.
Everything we tried was delicious, I had the mangled eggs and that garlic gave it a lot of flavor.
The Templeton's motto is "Quality Food, Snappy Service," but that's only partially correct. This Granville diner , a favorite haunt, has been discovered. Expect waits. They need to hire more staff . Read more
It’s not as busy for dinner as it is for breakfast and they serve breakfast all day! Mmmm breakfast for dinner .
The eggs benny with veggie bacon and spinach was fab.
The tofu scramble is delicious. Dish comes with toast w/ vegan butter.
I get the Portabello Mushroom burger - for meatless days, this makes you forget about meat easily!
The tofu scramble is amazing; I you're a veg (or even if you're not), make sure to try it out!
Get the blueberry pancakes with a shot of real maple syrup for an extra dollar.
Good food and fun decor with a jukebox at each table.
That stuffed croissant is awesome
Mangled eggs are outstanding. The staff are great and you can leave your name and grab a coffee quick!
I love the food at Templeton. Come and try it.
Went in on a Saturday and it was packed. Took around 30 minutes to be seated and almost the same time to get our food. The staff are nice but the kitchen is just so slow. Weekdays might be better
Try the chicken burger with cheddar and grilled mushrooms & onions . 😋
Try the The World’s Best $5.00 Milkshake - #20120918 It is the best and that’s no pulp fiction...
Much of the interior, decor, furnishings date back to the 50s. Worth checking out.
Vegan ? Get the lentil loaf or vegan chile.
Big breakfast portions
Great vegan and vegetarian options !
Try the Cesar drink for a good hangover cure
Try the BLT - Best with a Caesar salad , they make their own dressing ...
Excellent food and service. Worth the wait.
Historic place, with plenty of vegetarian options . But my omelette was super bland and nothing to write home about.
Great coffee . Food is also good.
Vegetarian stuff
great atmopshere
Try the Blueberry bananas pancakes !!
The fish and chips are good but the tiki burger is way better!
You gotta love a place with Marvell comics lacquered into the tables.
Try the Blueberry Banana Pancakes
This is the best place for breakfast in downtown Vancouver. Often a 10 min wait, but totaly worth it.
Smoked salmon omelette for the win.
Very good breakfast !
Have the Half Carolina Pancake! The pulled pork is sooooo good here. - Stephanie Wiriahardja
I absolutely loved it. It's a fun way to spend few hours in the nature. Beside the bridge there are few other activities you can do such as the tree top walk and cliff one. Strongly recommend it - Michael Rizzato
One of the best Markets I have been too... Fresh produce. Get some food and head to the waterfront for a picnic... #Qualityvistas - Kenneth
It's great there, but gets crowded like crazy at times. On business days of school days pretty empty and awesome. - Moe Shehata
