It's totally worth getting a membership. We get to see all kinds of IMAX shows throughout the year plus members only events and previews.
Get here at least 30 mins before showtime as seats are not reserved and low and high rows aren't great for IMAX
We got to the movie a few minutes late but that worked out - we were told to enter from the exit door at the first floor - and we got great seats!
I'll come out from Houston to see films on this IMAX screen , the vastness is a technological marvel.
Great documentary about D DAy. Tom Brokaw does a great job of narratung. I felt empathy for the emn and women who died there. Very moving picture about the cost of war.
Largest IMAX screen in Texas . Recommend sitting about half way up the stadium seating for best view of this ENORMOUS screen!
Don't go during the day unless you want to pay $8 for parking with the theater (which might be the only theater not to provide day parking ) Dumb.
The 3D movies are awesome. High end glasses to watch and comfy seats
Don't sit too close. Especially for a 3D movie . And the concession stand is a little sparse.
They say it's the largest screen in Texas . I don't know about that, but it is pretty damn impressive.
Get to later Imax shows at least :45 early.
Best theatre ever.
Make sure to check out Music Under The Star.
Hubble 3D was awesome, but did not hold the attention of my 6 year old.
Prometheus 3d!!!
Smells like a greyhound bus station
Don't see movies when they first come out, rude volunteers/employees have no idea how to direct lines ,
Go see Harry Potter
Transformers in 3D....awesome.
Pirates of the Caribbean sucked!
Padrisimo IMAX para ver movies
3D wow!!! 😎
The OG Alamo doesn’t have the bomb reclining seats, but the pre-preview content is excellent, so is the Parmesan popcorn and queso. - AmateurConcierge
Clean theater, nice staff, membership is too expensive. - Maegan Harless
Yummy popcorn and cheese pizza lots of good candy to choose from - Carrie Smith
I learn so much every time I come, They have great rotating exhibits. The staff and volunteers are incredibly helpful as well. - Wendy Kalthoff
Beautiful space. I went for the Brother's Grimm exhibit. It was well displayed although the pieces weren't my favorite. I'd like to see some other temporary exhibits. - Kathryn Anderson
The rotunda is stunning. I basically was able to just walk in after going through really quick security. The whole place was welcoming and beautiful! - Jackie Mann
