This place was amazing! I had the Breakfast Torta with pork and fresh squeezed orange juice and it was amazing! I can't wait to go back there! The service was friendly and the atmosphere was great!

churros are amazing! delicious! breakfast options are very tasty as well ! We chose Penca based on a foursquare tip bc we were looking for breakfast tacos but they don't have any, fyi. still awesome!

First time here, sat at the bar and had the carnitas tacos . Delicious authentic mexican cuisine brought to Tucson. The mezcal is really good, too. Coming back here, definitely! Try it :)

Drinks, chips , chicherron...everything up to the entree was great. The main event : just so-so. But overall a decent atmosphere and excellent service.

Great place - don't order the tres leche - it's stacked up in a jar and you can't enjoy the layers - too much cream and not enough cake

Sangria here is eclectic - try red, white and rose (with chile flakes !)

Stuffed pepper is excellent. Also get the flourless chocolate cake - really good - a cross between fudge and cake

Those corn tortillas are heavenly---thick, handmade ! Go for a dish that uses them, like the tacos .

It is a really good restaurant , however it is horrible for parties larger than 4. Twice we have had reservations for 6 and both times we were sat 20+ mins past our reservation time.

Just stick with the tacos . They're always good. I deviated this time and ordered $20 fish that was flavorless, came only with black beans and they didn't bring chips and salsa . Kinda disappointed .

Be careful.. The made on site chips are so tasty, you'll ruin your appetite!
