The carne seca is as good as advertised. I got the combo #5: carne seca , Chile relleno and a enchilada ; all were excellent.

Carlotta’s Chicken Mole (natural chicken breast with chef’s mole sauce over a bed of arroz blanco & grilled vegetables , featuring calabacitas and frijoles charros)

Breakfast selections are hidden on the menu but worth finding and served all day. Try the red chile tamal and the scrambled eggs and green chile ! Delicious!

Chilaquiles were excellent, the owner also dropped off a sample of the calbacitas which was a new thing for me, and it was great!

The food, the service, and the atmosphere are tops here every time. Love El Charro!

Omg everything is so good. Nachos were great, dessert was super good too.

A higher level of Mexican food . Was a great choice. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

If you like beer , their exclusive brew, "1922 Amber Ale ", is a must try!

Oh El Charro, I ask for no sour cream on my tacos and you charge my co diner $1 for her sour cream ? Do I receive $1 off my lunch ? Give a little amigos :)

Don't trust your reservation . We were visiting went in two days ahead to reserve a special table to treat our hosts. We arrived early and the general manager had given our table away. No apology.

Surprisingly delicious vegan plates! Try the quinoa tamales .

I ordered their soft Fish tacos because I heard it was good. For me, it's okay and I'm not really amused. I guess their price is to much. But the Nachos are good.

Tacostada with grilled chicken is fantastic! Very artful and neat arrangement of food on the plate as well .

If you're in the mood for Mexican go no further. The Barbacoa tacos are awesome. This place is popular so make a reservation .

Good quality, earnest service. Margarita and mixed drinks were weak. Food temp was spotty amongst our table. Fun atmosphere but BUSY! Try ot but don't expect a miracle.

Carne Asada Chimichanga are absolute delicious.

Phenomenal food. Delicious dessert . Great service.

This is the best location to take out of town guests. They will love it.

Our server was arrogant, the food seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a LONG time. Nothing really positive to report other than them having a nice building. Can’t see going back.
