Customer service is great. Right there on Broadway. I've been to Lockhart SmokeHouse in Dallas which is great and I put SmokeShack on the same level. Everything on the menu is awesome.

You gotta eat here when in SA! Get the meat plate and you can't go wrong with any choices you make! I recommend the pulled pork , brisket , and the amazing ribs !! Definitely get the Mac n cheese too!

I am event coordinator and feed upwards to 100 people every 2 weeks. Smoke Shack is my go to place. All their meats are delicious, but their ribs are some of the best in the country

Everything is amazing here but the one thing you MUST order is the Brisket Grilled Cheese . It's the best thing you will ever put in your mouth I guarantee it!

Ribs , Pulled pork , and brisket ( listed in order of preference) were all super tender. Flavor was killa and lightly smoked. They had a unique vinegar mustard seed BBq sauce was surprisingly good.

This is THE Texas BBQ place to go! It's definitely not good for your health, but it's so good. The lemonade is homemade and hits the spot too. Also, the price is great!

Had the brisket sandwich , mac and cheese and lemonade for lunch , it was great. Also had a free rib as an appetizer , next time will be back for ribs ????????????

Sliced brisket sandwich and fries . Their table BBQ sauce is amazing. So good. Fries are good. Only complaint was the bun , not a fan. Not the best brisket , but solid.

Smoke Shack - had some on point BBQ - normally found outside both loops (410 / 1604)! Just look at that sandwich !!!! Delicious

Great BBQ , of course, but the sides are crazy good too. Line when you walk in looks intimidating, but moves fairly quickly and you sit/get your food right after ordering.

The ribs are absolutely amazing! And you can't go wrong with the brisket , pulled pork , and some mac n cheese ! Hell, its all great!

Not craving smoke today? It happens. Don't let the kid-friendly label scare you- the chicken tenders are essentially just southern fried chicken with out the bones. And they're delicious.

Fresh made . Everything was perfect. When I think if Texas BBQ . this is exactly what comes to mind. Excellent service everyone is friendly .
