Great Barbeque for a decent price. Rustic atmosphere. Sit outside, or sit by the window to watch the train go by in the park .

Augie's catered an event for us and it was absolutely fantastic, they pretty much sold about 45 people on their brisket and sausage in one night. Outstanding service too!

Great BBQ ! Close to the park . They even had kid friendly options. The two meat plate gives you a good portion for those who can choose one option.

Dear God, I've lived in Texas my whole life and this is the BEST brisket I have ever had!

The stand out menu items here are the pulled pork and the jalepeno sausage . Wrap either one of those in a piece of bread and dip away in some bbq sauce , its heaven on a plate!

Get the combo sandwich ; chopped brisket & jalapeño sausage ! It's not that spicy for you whimps, though!

Get the Spicy Chop sandwich , it isn't on the menu but it has brisket & jalepeno sausage diced and smothered with sauce! It is da bomb! About a good pound too!

Walk up the hill to the picnic tables for a more secluded spot to get really down and dirty with that cue.

Finally some sauce! Carolina Pulled pork sammy is where its at. Add some jalapeno peppers and you're golden.

The bbq at Augie's is great but the sides are where it's at. Honey baked beans , potato salad , mac & cheese and the green beans are all quite tasty.

Love the player piano but it makes it just loud enough to not be enjoyable.
