The Witte Museum

Though many of the exhibits are fairly old, the Witte Museum is worth the visit for the beautiful treehouse in the back and its gardens , both of which border the San Antonio river .

If you're a regular, make it a point to learn 5 new things every time you visit. First time? Go for 10! Don't forget to go upstairs.

Ah, dinosaurs ! And the Aliens and Androids special exhibit is well worth the price. Plenty of nooks and crannies to roam. Don't forget the adjoining Texas history building.

Something to see! Nothing too awesome! I came last year for the bodies exhibit and it was fantastic!

Great memories here. Bring your children so that they too can make great memories. Keep a close eye on the special exhibits they bring around every quarter. They are too fun.

Nice place to go. One of the better museums in the area. The dinosaur exhibit was excellent. And you just can't go wrong with dinosaurs .

Standing in a long line ? Check and see if they are processing people on the parking lot side entrance...fast and easy way to get in without waiting.

Reaches capacity fairly quickly on weekends & free days . Be prepared to stand outside and wait.

It was being renovated and things were bring moved.

Get the family season pass. Its worth during the summer time.
