8hr lamb or pork , chorizo , corn , fried brussel sprouts & the blood sausage . Round it off with a glass of Malbec or the banana old fashioned, and you'll be dreaming about this meal for days. YUM.

One of the best restaurants in Sydney . The slow cooked lamb and pork are the obvious stars but every dish here is delicious. Don't miss the banana old fashioned when looking at the drinks menu
The Wagyu Beef Outside Skirt is a killer, deliciously melting in your mouth and the Brussel Sprouts are not to be missed! Also have a drink at the bar upstairs, great retro latino atmosphere.
Definitely will come again, great ambience, food was excellent and staffs all very attentive and nice. Staff recommended dishes were all good, had sausages , salad and beef .
For two, we had the beef empanada , 8hr lamb , mash potato , corn with manchego and flan for dessert . Everything was perfection.

Big group make sure everyone is present before queuing. Be aware with the service, waiters seems to ignore the table and takes really long to get attention. Food arrive quickly. And quite delicious !!
Start off with the BBQ eggplant tahini and pearl barley in preserved lemon , and work your way onto housemade pork sausage , grass fed angus and Suffolk lamb ribs .

Amazing... Feels like you're in a Mediterranean plaza . All the meat is cooked the traditional Argentinean way over the coals.
The 8-hr pork is a must. The bread and pate make a very hearty entree. Try the brulee as a dessert , amazing taste. Dishes are pretty filling, don't order too much! Bartenders are real pros.
One of Sydney's best. I would love to say secret but it won't be for long. Service top notch and food amazing. Brussels sprouts the best. Meat lovers- you're in for a feast.
try their bbq calamari and homemade pork sausage for entree. so good. and they have the best roast pig in Sydney. their roast beef ribs is also quite good :)

8 hr pork , chopped salad and white polenta with Gorgonzola and walnuts . Food and atmosphere were superb. It's a must !!!!

Super long queue. Be sure to gather friends for a reservation . Portions rather small, on the good end of the taste scale. Not fantastic.
Highly recommend the morcilla (blood sausage ), Asado and skirt steak . The slow cooked pork was a little dry for us.

This place is amazing, the food is so good. Eat at the late service, so you can enjoy a few cocktails at the bar beforehand.
Delicious but the line is chaos, people pushing and shoving to get first seating. Try the bread and pate .

Loved the zucchini flowers and pumpkin ravioli entrees. Brussel sprouts were amazing.
Can't go past the entraña, which I assure you is not an entree. Douse it in chimmichurri and drink it with Malbec . Set your mouth to drool.

if you are a meatlover (which I am), you will fall in love with this restaurant . You must order the Suckling Pig .
Must order: blood sausages , brussel sprouts and any large hunk of beef they're offering. End it with some PX.

Brussle sprouts are a dark horse. Definitely a great addition to a meat dish (the secret is they are fried in oil like sprout chips !)
8 hour woodfire roasted pork is a must! Brussels sprouts , both homemade and blood sausages are great too!
Do yourself a favour and order the Morcilla....aka blood sausage ...... Ugh.....soooo sooooo good...:)
The 8 hour pork was great; the 8 hour lamb was even better! Yum!
Recommended: veal tongue , suckling pig , fried brussel sprouts . Come at 6pm, rather than 9.30pm, when all the pork will be gone.

Great cocktail lounge upstairs, pricey but at least they have alcohol unlike a few place in Sydney. Only draw back it was a bit ob the hot side w/ no air con.
