The catfish and spring rolls are amazing! Also had a bit of squid for starters and it was good, albeit a bit salty for my taste. But, all in all, pretty good place and will definitely go again.
Traditional Vietnamese food in a cozy space . I prefer this one to their bigger one down the road . They will bring a chopped orange for a sweet final touch together with the bill. Nice one.
People have said the salt pepper garlic squid is good but I found it a little lacking in flavour. Really enjoyed the catfish stew , it had a lot of sauce. Mien Tay really is the best Vietnamese.
The salted squid and the quail are amazing. Best Vietnamese in the area. Don't be put off by the shabby interior the food is fresh, light and amazing.
Much better than Song Que , spring rolls are crispy and noodles were tasty in huge portion . Less busy and fast service .
Spring roll and chargrilled minced pork are my favourite. The staffs are very attentive. The only bad thing is a space is tightly packed and tables are so small.
i had the salt and pepper squid and the galangal goat and both were fucking delicious. wash it down with the rainbow drink for dessert .
Some of the best Vietnamese I've had in London. Don't leave without trying the banh xeo (Vietnamese-style crispy crepe with pork & shrimp ).
Chargrilled quail and the seafood pho are my favourites and also soft shell crab is great even if the portions are a bit small.
Went here for a midnight snack . Pretty crowded with drunk people but what to expect? Service was good and food was good :)
Great Value , Great Food, Very authentic . Had the seafood hotpot last time, amazingly awesome. Just like the taste from local 5 stars restaurant in Vietnam!
The best place in Kingslands Rd. It was my friend's birthday and they brought a cake for him without asking.
High quality spring rolls and truly efficient service . Higher prices than the standard, but lovely food. Beware, no BYOB .
Great value for delicious Vietnamese food . Squid , prawns and scallop with black beans are delicious.
Great value food. In a large group & had mixed starters. Main course I had the Shrimp Vietnamese Curry ..it was lovely. Friendly staff . Big added bonus it's a BYO . Definitely recommend.
Came here three times before and it has never failed to impress from spicy salted tofu to deep fried seabass to spicy rice vermicelli ! Not to mention that Chow Yuin Fatt had his thumb up for Mien Tay!
The pancake was recommended to us, but actually was a rather bland tortilla with chicken and onion . Skip it and go for the fresh summer rolls , those are amazing!
Had cold vermicelli noodles with pork . Very tasty????
Perfect place to start the night with friends. Food is great, cheap and you can bring your bottle of wine !
Awesome Vietnamese food ! Full of flavor! Don't hesitate to put the cinnamon basil in every soup ! :)
Tried deep fried frog legs with galangal sauce. Delicious!
Make sure to try one of the rice vermicelli dishes with chili and lemongrass Read more
Really really good! The top of the meal was the salt and spicy squid . And apparently they stopped the BYO .
Good traditional Viet dishes price & quality are acceptable . Allez Bon Appétit !!!
Of all the hole-in-the-wall vietnamese places on the Kingsland road , this one is probably the best. Although it's a shame the staff are so rude all the time.
Great seaweed & chilli squid . Quick service and great value . Legit!
Great Pho , one of the best in the area
Food and pho here is quite good. Highly reco'd!
Good, authentic Vietnamese food . Highly recommended!
Grilled king prawns are the fluffiest I ever had!!!
Great pho , authentic , good alternative to Song Que
Lunch deal for around 6£! Great quality.
Food was good, the vegan pho was delicious ????
Nice food. Though the greens that came with the springs rolls looked like nettles from the backyard . Just saying.... :)
Try the fresh prawn roll as a starter. Absolutely amazing
The rice vermicelli with tofu is amazing.
Great quality meat the chicken was simple but superb
Totally great seafood pho . Lots of herbs leaves on the side youcan add. Wanna have it again and again
Fish with mango . Please order it!
This is possibly the best value for money Vietnamese restaurant in London and one of the best. Order the salt and spicy squid . AMAZING.. Read more
The lunch time 6£ option is ace!
The pho is delicious!
Veggie spring rolls are yummheey. Good lunch place!
Decent Vietnamese food , I liked the eel . Bit of confusion when dealing with big groups though!
Poor food, chaotic service, made us sick. Dishes were too sweet, soft shell crab was tough, main courses were bland. Gave us someone else's dishes. Took ages to pay. And we all got the runs. Avoid!
Delicious pho , alcohol is overpriced
Don't even bother booking . I've booked for nine people , we've shown up 15 minutes before time and the place was fully booked . The guy in front of me was in the same situation...
Terrific spring rolls and soft-shelled crab .
Cheap and fairly tasty but could use some redecoration
Try the chicken satay for a starter. Chicken in warm peanut butter ! Fucking lovely.
Really cheap, excellent food and nice decor. Many of the starters are prepared at you table :) - Nicholas Lativy
Very tasty dishes, pork and spring roll noodles wow! Arrive before 7 pm to avoid the peak - Kristofer Dreiman
First, the food is excellent. Second, the place is very cool. Artistic and changing decoration, cool waiters... A very cool place! - Florette Roussette
Excellent for a rainy Sunday afternoon. Go upstairs as the deco is the best. Bring a good amount of cash as it is truly pricey for the location (13£ a cocktail...). - Cyndie Da Rocha
Great little pub. Good beer selection on tap and in bottles. Good lunch spot as seems to be always quiet then. New menu: the fried chicken sandwich (think burger) is great. - Ed George
