Check in was very slow. The room looks old but clean . We stayed at the seaview room and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Food was good. Services were slow but they were very polite.
Loved the seaview room . The beach is clean . 2 swimming pools . Not to mention food galore just few steps away McD KFC BurgerKing local joints. Great wholesome experience!
The view , beach & sea. Old hotel but still good service . Food maybe not impressive unlike the Hyatts. Village 4 rooms were bigger but old and dull unlike the refurbished village 3 I was moved into :)
Seaview rooms on the 5th floor have the best views . The black girl cat near the pool is very friendly ❤

The sea view is good. Clean beach with huge swimming pool . Food is very nice as well .
The buffet dinner at "Kampung " is good, but can be better. Love the oysters, it's so fresh that you can taste the sea.

The view at the Restaurant "Kampung " is to die for as you dine.
The pillow casing does seem a little moldy and not pure white so it does bring a question, are they properly cleaned ? Maybe it's just aged I suppose. Friendly staff at Kampung Restaurant .

Feels like aged 4 star hotel - bathrooms require renovation, wifi is expensive , check in slow and house keeping inefficient. But you have no choice in Kuantan anyway!
