Enjoyed Jypsy Rainbow sushi rolls plate. Well-thought rolls of avocado slices contrasted with torched salmon tartare , bluefin tuna , or yellowtail . Sprinkles of yuzu furikake for added crunch

Japanese-inspired cafe , by the same folks behind P.S. Cafe . Expect food with a Jap twist such as Jypsy Salmon Tacos & Smokey Unagi Fried Rice

Watermelon granita was a welcome change from all the other creamy desserts on the menu. Nice hint of calamansi

Nice interiors as all PS cafes . This one serves dishes with a Japanese slant. Small plates portions are really tiny. Daily donburis are more reasonable. Pretty tasty food overall otherwise poor value.
