I grew up here. It's now a hang out for people who have no sense of the park 's history.
A nice place in the daytime, be a little wary at night.
Don't fear the bums they are chill and will prolly let you toke in peace ! Lol!
I don't know but. It seems they've been working on the homeless problem for decades. Not much has changed
