Tegenungan Waterfall is a waterfall Sukawati Gianyar located in Indonesia.
Jl. Ir. Sutami (Kemenuh) Gianyar Bali 80581 Indonesia
The way down is tiresome as you descend 165 stairs (I counted) & lets not forget that you have to climb back up.
It's one of the closest waterfalls from Ubud. If you want to do the waterfall tour in Bali then Tegenungan Waterfall must be on the list. Read more
Clean place, cold water, good view and natural waterfall . These are good combination for tourist spot . I recommend this spot. The waterfall is on the east from entrance. Suggest to come around 2-4pm
Beautiful waterfall about 500m walk from the car park . Not sure if you can swim , but nice to dip your feet and wade in on a hot day.
What goes up,comes down, same goes with the other way around! Be sure you're fit for the stairs .Scenery is worth it!Great natural view & atmosphere.Hard to believe a waterfall exist here.
The sheer step is quite hard for elderly, especially the high way back to the entrance area. Only few locals visit this waterfall , some attractions around: swing ,bar & swimming pool ,glass bridge ,resto
Yes it's a tourist spot but it was super nice!! If you go all the way to the toolp you need to pay for a 'second' entrance. On top are 2 stylish 'beach clubs' with a pool a awesome view .
For great hiking with awe-inspiring waterfall views , visit Air Terjun Tegenungan. Bring a bathing suit and a camera to capture great scenes and fun times splashing in the cool, clean waters!
Beautiful waterfall !one can swim as well ..go near the rope to experience the force of the waterfall , you won’t regret.. try to be there aa early aa possible (preferably before 9) as it can get crowded
U can enjoy nice water fall view in here. Ticket is 10,000IDR. Don't forget to bring towel and sneaker . The load to reach wall is far...
Touristy and cheesy like most attractions in Bali. Go early to avoid the typical tourists who bother everyone with their photo poses.
Nice waterfalls but rather annoying visitors ruining the scenery. Better come here early in the morning to avoid the queues from the instagramers' shooting sessions.
Super busy and be aware that you have to pay multiple times - to get in and then again to walk to the top of the waterfall .
Waterfalls , ubud, really nice experience, swim in this amazing place. It's worth
Found it dirty cause it was raining at that day. They say it is clean and nice. If you are in Ubud, visit it. Otherwise, it's not worth it at all.
It’s your option if you wanna go down to the falls, but you can take picture of it from afar
Stunning beautiful scene and a great treat on a hot day!
Tegenungan Waterfall | Hidden Waterfall in Gianyar Ubud Bali Indonesia
Two ways to reach this place. But the guide brought us through the one near new krisna store. It's much simpler.
One of the most busiest falls I’ve ever visited in Bali.
U need to pay additional 10,000IDR to reach there. Climb up the stairs , very tired... Good luck!
Very hard to climb up the stairs ... u can enjoy good beer after this..:.
Cool place to check out. A bit crowded tho
Very touristy but also very beautiful waterfall . You can swim down there. Entry 25k
The waterfall is beautiful but the place is too commercialized!
Its a good and clean and fun there
They made from this waterfall turistic place.. I mean there is music really loud , a lots of turist are there..
Beautiful place to relax ,meditate and swim .
Crowded . But worth going. This place is breathtaking.
It’s actually not a must see when you visit Bali.
The water is refreshing but getting into it is a task due to all the stones
Nothing really special: not too high, not too big. But yeah, you can dip your fit into it in a hot day. The entrance 10k for one person
Beautiful weather but the water colour was brown..
Don’t bother coming. Just a small brown dirty waterfall . Its only saving grace is that entry is cheap at IDR15,000. Maybe if you’re in the area in Ubud or Gianyar. Otherwise not worth the trouble.
Good place to visit
if you want to go up, don't come too late, they close the entrance at 6 pm
Lovely stairs down but watch out for the rain
