Kingston's best private gym . The swimming pool is always got plenty of space.
Swimming pool is "less busy" on Tuesdays between 6pm-8pm. :)
Try the coffee and food really good

Have been coming here quite often recently. Reliably tasty pizza (romana amaricando hot with roquito peppers is amazing!) and attentive service. Def would rate higher vs 4.7 rating it has now - Uladzimir Maroz

Went early on christmas eve and it was not too busy however a couple of hours later it was so crowded. Got what I wanted and had a Krispy Kreme doughnut and hot chocolate. Good day out. - Ann Marie
