I take advantage of the 24hr service by going in before 9am. Less crowded , so your workout can flow smoothly. The early bird catches the worm, and gets in a good workout.
Between 16:00-19:00 it's as packed as hell. Avoid those hours. Try morning workout. Clean and tidy. They sell nice padlocks too!
My local gym . Very low monthly fees. Good if you are self motivated and looking for a no frills gym .
