Good hotel . 5 mins walk away from the beach . High rooms have great ocean views or mountain views the opposite side which also look on to nice high rise apartments . Small gym24hrs, clean rooms and more

Decent view from higher floors; a few minutes walk from the beach .

I love the staff at Mac 24/7and you can get wine glasses there and take to your room. The room is not bad, but no privacy at the balcony . :p

This is a great Hilton. Rooms are modern and clean . Views are excellent (just make sure you're above floor 15 for best position). Happy hour at the bar is generous and worth checking out from 5-7.

In the morning the valet guys get really busy, best to call down ahead by a few minutes and that cuts down your wait time! Also helps if you get to know them, I recommend Rich, always has a smile!

1-2 blocks from the beach , which is perfect for having access, but not dealing with all the tourists on a 24 hr basis.... great service with an Aloha Ambassador in the lobby!

24/7 food was not that great. 5/10. Ate the chicken wings and garlic shrimp . Hotel is nice and cleaning people have been good. Valet guys are also accommodating and helpful. A block from the beach .

It's a decent enough hotel , but doesn't really deliver to standard for something branded a Hilton. More like a high capacity Double Tree quality wise. That said the staff are outstanding.

Nice hotel . Great views from the upper floors. Breakfast in the executive lounge in the basement (!) is a joke. Your average Hampton Inn has better food and more space.

Wifi is free if you're a Hilton Honors Gold or Platinum member, however if you are an AT&T wireless customer log in and you can access Hilton Wifi & AT&T Wifi for FREE.

In the morning between 530 and 7 the valet guys get SWAMPED! Every morning I tried coming down a little bit earlier every time and still up to 30 minute wait or more.

Almost all rooms have great views . Nice place to stay even though it's not right on the beach .

The valet does not take call aheads, but they are pretty fast so don't really need the call ahead.

Make sure to get a room facing the ocean. Gorgeous sunsets . The executive lounge sucks.

This hotel room is a DREAM!!!!!! Seriously!! Loving this hotel . Only one bad thing: internet is not free and when u pay for it, hardly works.

Pay extra for the ocean view room on a higher floor.

Very good breakfast sandwiches in the lobby grab and go. Statbucks coffee , too.

Mac 24/7 now has a prime rib buffet Friday and Saturday 5pm to 9pm.

Executive lounge breakfast includes scrambled eggs with onion , peppers , cheese and bacon , yum!

The short stack in Mac 24/7 is so big and takes more like cake than pancakes . Also super overpriced.

You have to pay for internet in rooms, but it is free in the lobby..

You have to pay for wired internet in the rooms. Instead, go downstairs to the lobby for free wifi . Just ask someone at the desk for your access code.

There's a bus stop for Hilo Hattie's Free shuttle right outside on Kuhio Ave.

Try Sarah's specialty cocktails at the pool bar .

The service folk are very friendly . Weird rules though - no free drinks at executive lounge , no call down for valet. Also food is terrible. Definitely eat elsewhere.

This doesn't look like much of a Hilton to me...Plus there is no air conditioning in the hallways.
