The only question you should ask yourself when dining at A&J is, "how much should I order?" Because every thing here is great! Beef noodle soup , side dishes, rice dishes, just get everything, double!
Authentic and good Chinese/Taiwanese noodle shop （one of the better ones in the OC）with delish homemade thick noodles and side dishes. Great dumplings and scallion pancakes too！
This place has great Taiwanese food for a good price in Irvine. It's CASH ONLY though. The beef noodle soup with the wide noodles are the best.
You can choose your noodles : thin (standard) or thick (chewy, hand rolled ). Try both, they're delicious! The beef wrap and thousand layer pancake are great as side dishes.

I love the scallion cake and lots of people like the beef noodle .
We always order the spicy wonton and thousand layer together with pok chop on rice and beef stew noodle soup . They are rhe best combo for me and hubby.
Spicy beef noodle soup is the must have. Lots of other good Taiwan foods like pan friend scallion cake . Come for the breakfast too!
