An impeccable local Oakland roaster. The roaster is in the cafe , so the beans on the shelf are always fresh. The baristas are skilled and cordial. The food is amazing & they have a lot of vegan food

No dairy! I was given a choice of almond or soy milk for my latte - my almond milk latte was amazing! Every other coffee shop on Piedmont offers dairy, so it wasn't missed. The coffee is great.

They roast their own and it's delicious! We ordered the peppermint mocha with almond milk . Yes! Timeless offers almond milk ! They also make gluten-free brownies and carrot and walnut bread . So good!

Great coffee and vegan food . Lots of cool punkers here all the time. It’s a good place to wake up and read for a bit.

Skilled baristas and incredible pastries that happen to be entirely vegan . Croissants available on the weekend. Definitely snag a bag of beans while you're here!

Good coffee . If you want your espresso hot, don’t let them serve it in their default to-go cup. Ask for a ceramic cup and then slam your shots at the bar .

My almond milk cappuccino was amazing and the chocolate scone really tasty. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. I´ll come back to try new things.

All baked goods and chocolates made in-house at my favorite Oakland coffee shop ! If they don't have a gluten-free pastry/cake available, try a peanut butter cup or truffle .

Share a table with a cute hipster stranger and mix your sightglass coffee with some coconut creamer. You won't regret it.

They're serious about the 10:30am cut-off for waffles . Really nice that they expanded, much more space to grab a bite or latte w/ friends.

Be careful when you sit on the benches outside . They have a tendency to wabble. I now have a nice coffee-splattered bag.

Coffee is good with friendly staff and fun scene. Wish they labeled the 'half & half ' as a fake soy product that contains sweetener/sugar (ech).

If you're worried about the lack of dairy, don't be. I didn't notice the difference until I checked in here! Make sure to look at the roaster.

Get a bear claw and a latte . Then, snag a table by the window and enjoy! Beautiful place with great coffee and pastries .

Their Sunday brunch is incredible. I love their iced coffee and almond milk lattes . The customers always seem to have the cutest dogs, too.

Well-made americano : rich and not too strong. Pastries look amazing but I've never partaken. Very strong hipster presence.

I'm sure it's fine for veg food, but it's not good if you're looking for great 3rd-wave coffee . Over-extracted espresso & staff hadn't heard of a ristretto. Coffee snobs: lower your expectations here.
