A pub that it’s really surprise you..It has a smoking area but also a separate non-smoking area..The schnitzel was amazing and the spicy sausage was good..

a small cosy pub in the middle of the city full of regulars from Vienna. try Gulasch and of course the patato salad , they are both yummy. Their Melange is also tasty.

Waiters are typically impolite, basically the USP of Viennese coffee houses . Nevertheless this place is lovely and you'll still like it. Whatever you do, make sure to check out the toilet ;-D

Attention! Authentic ! The waiters hardly speak English. It's well-known for its Gulasch [gju: larsh], enjoy it with a beer !

This is first café which family Hawelka owned in 19th century. Very good service with good beer , wine and food.

Coffee and Apfelstrudel mit vanillesauce (custard ) is delicious.

One of my favourites Viennese coffeshops. At the same time traditional but also very dark and young underground coffeshop.

The tobacco smoke is bad in the first room, but hold your breath and make your way to the far end of the cafe where no one smokes. The coffee and cakes are worth it!

Cheese toast is lovely as well as goulash ! Interesting bathroom...only cash

The tips about the rude waiters were spot on.

Schnitzel and beer were good. Be careful, you have to ask for change, otherwise waiters think the rest is a tip.

Sunday at 7pm- waited more than one hour for the " wiener schnitzel " no excuse from the waiter but over salted green salad instead of potatoe salad

Toooooo slow service. Waited for 40 minutes for an average omelette . Ambience is ok, but not here is not a good idea if you want to visit the city bc it will cost you a lot time.

Bad service! Grumpy waiter making sarcastic commentary on what you're ordering, slow, giving promises to give you another table after adding a family with 2 kids to your table and never fulfilling it.
