Great boozer. It's a young's brewery pub . So get the classic young's bitter. Very reasonable for the central location

Watch your credit cards in this bar I used mine last month in dirty dicks and had my card cloned, nearly £1k spent on Groupon in Poland. Don't let your card out of your sight!

Fun traditional pub , good mix of city types, locals and tourists . Gets busy, especially on a Friday evening for after work drinks. Good selection of beers and cider on tap .

Actually it looks like a simple pub with weird name, but it is like a historical place and everything there looks awesome like in the movies !

It has a good atmosphere and it seems a lot less busy than the pubs around that area.

Some say used to be called Old Jerusalem . My Grandfather, who was cellarman here, said it used to be called The Gates Of Jerusalem. So something with Jerusalem in it then!

It's an old pub and great to start your night.

A traditional pub - wooden beams, old wooden casks ! If you're veggie - don't expect to eat anything other than chips :(

Open til 12 "sometimes". By London standards a reliable drink after 11pm.

My Grandfather used to be the cellarman here (in about 1920 or thereabouts!). Srsly.

LGBTQ peeps avoid. Barmaid didn't even have the good grace to partially hide her ridicule and scorn. "What the f*** does he look like?" Does your HR dept or manager think that's OK to treat anybody?

The interior is nice but they end up playing bad pop music at an unbearable volume.

Great for post-work and pre weekend warm ups; with colleagues!

Good for a quick pint. Avoid coming for dinner : food is awful and service is even worse
