They greet you with wonderful mimosas . You have the best view of downtown Madrid and within walking distance of such great placers such as the communication building ( see picture)-
Great hotel , right in the centre of Madrid. Prado, Thyssen, Plaza santa Ana , Plaza major and Cheuca all within walking distance. Beds are good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable
The hotel is nice and clean , very friendly staff , close to almost all the activities and sites. The concierge is exceptionally helpful
Closeby : , metro Starbucks, VIPS , pharmacia , tabaco shop , great location, toilet is glass door which is not convenient, nespresso machine
Great location. Room is small but just ok. No fridge in the room. Free wifi in the room. Breakfast was nice. If you book from the webpage there's sometimes free champagne and fruit as welcoming gift .

Horrible Internet connection , it is impossible to read news even. Service is awful also, as the hotel can cancel your reservation without informing you. I don't recommend you to stay here!!!
They do have good rooms but they gave us the worst rooms they have.

Pode ficar sem medo. Hotel novo, chuveiro muito bom, quarto limpo, serviço excelente. Melhor localizado impossível. Do lado da Gran Via e dos melhores pubs e bares de Madrid.
Acabamos de llegar, el personal de recepción Súper amable. Las habitaciones están muy bien, al menos en la 3ra planta . Todo nuevo y limpio. La decoración moderna y en tonos grises...!!!
La recepcion muy amable. Te invitan a un vaso de zumo mientras gestionan la reserva . La habitacion en la primera planta muy limpia y amplia con vistas a la calle como habia pedido.

O atendimento não é muito simpático e o café da manhã é ruim, louça sempre suja. Mas a localização é excelente, cama boa e chuveiro ótimo.
