Although this hotel looks run down from the outside, the interior has all been refurbished. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean , and on site bar and Ruths Chris is convenient.
Fantastic lobby and bar with such unique furniture ! Absolutely spectacular mattresses to fall right asleep on!!

The renovations are just wrapping up. Hotel looks refreshed and trendy . We like how quiet Northbrook is. Only a quick train ride to the city if you want to see the sights.

Amazing room, gorgeous decor and very nice staff
The staff were able to fill my request for an early check-in. I'm a happy camper so far, haven't checked out the pool yet.
Friendly people. The halls have an interesting smell. 0.0 but rooms are clean and we have a fridge .
Two major complaints. Internet charges are not transparent. I've never utilized the paid service of their internet and I was under the impression that it is free, which turns out it is not the case.
Good meeting space for our monthly 300-person staff meeting.

The rooms need to be updated and the bathroom was extremely small. Overall this local was ok.
