Good service . Had a good time there. Wellness and spa is pretty nice, too. One thing: please speed up internet and make it free for your guests. Customers would appreciate that.
Great breakfast . Convenient location . Exactly opposite the ACV. City center is 5 stations away with the underground U1, which outside the hotel .
Great convenient location for meetings at the Vienna International Center. A very beautiful lake for a relaxing walk. The hotel is reasonable priced, clean and friendly . Executive floor is not great!
The restaurant is a must-try for its Austrian and international cuisine as well as a terrace with relaxing views over the water.

Not bad, reasonable prices, good cousine, sauna . Cofe-tea in room, but no iron for which you have to go to ice-machine room...
Ask for a non-corner room. Some rooms don't have wardrobe and toilet and bathroom are separate.

Конечно рядом ООН и прочие деловые центры. Но при цене 119 евро с дип .скидкой не иметь в номере на "гранд флор " ни утюга , ни шкафа как-то не очень. Одежда висит на зеркале... :)

Если отель позиционирует себя для деловых людей (я даже не знаю, кому еще в голову может прийти селиться на отдыхе здесь: рядом конгресс-центры, оон, магатэ и тд.) почему интернет ужасен?
Ужасный отель ! В душе не сливалась вода , моешься как в мини бассейне. Завтрак отвратительный. Утюга нет. Кровати дешевые как в Ибисе за 50 еур/ночь. Цена 100 еур за ночь тут не соответсвует, это не 4*
Полное разочарование. Шкафа нет, интернета нет, двери в ванную нет, кровать посередине комнаты. Интересно, чем думали люди, когда проектировали этот отель . Не рекомендую. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Trotz bezahlter Zimmer wollen die 100,- EUR Kaution pro Zimmer für "Konsumation" - absolute Frechheit! Dann sollen sie die Minibar halt ausräumen!
Nice outside terrace, I had Tafelspitz (meat) which was delicious. The hotel bar is open late, so you don't have to leave at 10pm when the restaurant is closing. - Christiane Link

Centrally located in heart of OldTown, in middle of PedestranianStreet. Impressive, beautiful, one of the must-visit spots. Roof has special eagle image. Possible catch a horse-carriage just in front. - Murat
