The food is amazing the staff was great truly a Italian gem in Philly.
The best italian restaurant in south philly . Everything you order there will be fantastic. Just don't fill up on bread . But it's so good you will.
Food was delicious! Would have liked to have known that there was fish (tuna and anchovies ) on the antipasto before ordering it, but it was not disclosed. Waiter could be better; he was just adequate.
Ralph's claims to be the oldest Italian restaurant in America still run by the same family. Recommended: chicken Trombino , chicken Sorrento, baked clams , manicotti , and spumoni.
Linguini and clam sauce is incredible. Came here 2 years ago and never forgot how good it was - came back and still craving it. I'd live in Philly just to be able to eat here!
Not the best Italian food I’ve had in Philly but maybe the most home-served/authentic. Carafes of wine are cheap and drinkable.
Eggplant parmigiana ! They best I’ve ever eaten!
Ralph's is THE oldest Italian restaurant in America and the nation's oldest Italian restaurant owned and operated by the same family.
LINGUINI with Jumbo Lump Crabmeat , Garlic & Olive Oil
There is nothing bad on the menu and the people are nicer than you'd ever imagine south Philadelphians to be. Oldest family run Italian joint in America, is what they say. Cash only .
perfect dinner..Salad family style , Chicken Trombino , Rum&Coke, Canoli...the world is fine...plus it s at home in South Philly

The mussels in red sauce are amazing!!! The best part is dunking the bread in the sauce.

2nd floor, 2 top on the balcony near the bar, very intimate and private little table. Absolutely do not leave without trying the Gelato. Bacio is my favorite. Excellent food all around. - Teri Rushka
