Clean , quiet studio with a friendly dog in the reception area. They offer vinyasa classes that aren't flow, and that are. It was my first non-flow vinyasa class . Interesting, and challenging.
If you were wondering where all the great yoga teachers are in SF, they're here!! Huge space , friendly faces, and a fantastic range of classes . Hatha here is incredibly challenging!
Try a wall ropes class . It'll help you get deeper into that downward dog.
Jason Bowman has really challenging classes . His queues are like poetry and he’s also a meditation instructor which is a bonus.
