great teachers , facilities and vibe! I tried different studios around and this offers hands down the best overall experience, you learn something different every class , all props for free, just great!

Bommy

$21 for a drop-in pass. Make reservations online or on their app as most classes get fully booked . Vaza's and Roy's vinyasa classes are fantastic.

Ashley Mowrey

This place definitely has the yogi vibe. There's an array of teachers and styles. I went to the 6am class on Wednesday. I worked up a glisten and Zen'd out. The classes are expensive though.

Moon Limb

Meredith's 6.15 am yoga/meditation class is a wonderful way to begin the morning more focused and present :):) I've been to many classes in and out of SF, but this one has a special place in my heart

Karen’s classes are my favorite - just the right amount of challenging and then a great stretch at the end.

Volker Neumann

Varied schedule is great. Quality teachers .

The yin yoga on Sunday nights is the best. I tend to like the classes in the upstairs room (the water room) more than the more rope-intensive classes in the earth room. -Josh K.

For complete beginners, the Yoga 101 series is excellent. After that, Yoga Basics (especially Sunday with Roy Gan). After that, I'm still figuring it out!

Jenni Carroll

Teachers are kind, encouraging, and experienced. Take advantage of the $65 for your first unlimited month and you'll be hooked for sure.

Varun Shetty

Nice studio that actually has early morning classes . Vinyasa with Nick in the morning is a good start.

Carly S

Bike parking by the entrance!

Carissa Bilinski

Good smaller classes that focus on proper technique. Missing the community and warmth I've felt at other studios though.

Caitlin Garlow

Take restorative on Wednesday, there is live music once a month too! Really nice.

kim garrison

best yoga studio in the city - competent and engaged teachers that guide you through YOUR practice not theirs :) thanks yoga garden.
