Great teachers and spacious studio with a great sun light!
The Jivamukti classes are really great. Teachers offer lots of hands on assists, and it’s steeped in yoga philosophy paired with a challenging flow. This lineage was started in New York City .
More seasoned yogi/yogini? If things start to feel “easy” ask your teacher how to modify to the next stage of the asana (pose). No matter where you are, there is always a next step and progress always
A bit unorganised, the class I went to was maxed out busy, but the yoga was good!
If you haven't tried Yoga Tree sign up for a $20 intro pack for 3 classes .

Pick a pastry, any pastry. I also love the Parisian Omelette. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee may not be the strongest, but it’s a fun drink to sip. I love the ambiance as well. Find a spot anywhere. - Kraig Parkinson
