Nice, friendly environment . Beautiful studio. Tuesday's night flow is very relaxing and you just work on basic poses .
If things start to feel “easy” ask your teacher how to modify to the next stage of the asana (pose ). No matter where you are, there is always a next step and progress always feels incredible! Namasté

Clean, quiet studio with a friendly dog in the reception area. They offer vinyasa classes that aren't flow, and that are. It was my first non-flow vinyasa class. Interesting, and challenging. - Michelle Pena
