Music , friendly family staff , the food is amazing. Sure the pizza is fabulous, but do be sure to venture into their gourmet menu. These folks live and love food. Arturo's is my favorite NY restaurant .
Get a large pizza , it's well worth the extra price and loss of table space. Live music here too, which is nice but it does increase the sound level making it seem more older-crowd rowdy than it is.
Sit at the bar and wait for a free table in the front room with the jazz musicians . Get a large 16" pizza and throw some additional toppings on there. Don't forget to leave a message in the bathroom !
Come for the food and stay for the music . The pizza is delicious (the sauce is unbelievable) but the Tortellini en Brodo is perfect, just like my mother makes it.
Super cozy . On a cold day, sit at the bar , split the meatball pizza and a carafe of red wine , and enjoy the sweet sound of the live jazz band ! Really lovely surprise to stumble into.
Soooo happy Arturo’s has made it thru Covid. This is our spot for ????❤️Clams Arturo, lasagna and eggplant parm . Don’t forget the thin crust pizza is always a fav too.
Totally underrated coal oven thin-crust pepperoni & mushroom pies in an old school 1957 NYC pizza joint. Get here early (before 4:30pm) on Fri & Sat's to avoid a wait & enjoy the live jazz .
Different style pizza than usual New York but still awesome. Live music is fantastic. Prosciutto and mozzarella appetizer is a fantastically large serving.
An old standby. Great pizza , the original wood burning oven . Jazz combo playing behind us as we order dinner . Love it!
The pizza menu here is straightforward. But to us, Arturo's has always been about meeting up with friends and not thinking too hard about the pies, all while you enjoy each other's company.
Very nice vibe. Food is great portions are huge. Real Italian food and oh the serve Campari my favorite!
One of the world's best pizzas in one of the coolest settings. And live music to boot! I've been coming hear since I was a kid and I don't plan on stopping.
One of my favorite pizzas in the city . The place is small inside but great atmosphere and very cozy . They have live music too!
If there’s a place that defines “classic Italian” it’s this place. Incredible meal, service and vibe
a nice sit down place with live-music. Pizza is fine but nothing to really write home about, crust can taste a bit burnt. Fantastic atmosphere and very reasonable prices though, great for an outing.
My favourite pizza place in the village so far. Great pizza , cozy and with live piano music !
excellente coal oven pizza (get it with sausage ) and arugula/parmesan salads . you must sit in the front room for a 1960s-style NYC pizzeria experience.
Great pizza , great ambiance, live jazz music playing in the background.
Great pie, great jazz combos. It's a true original and timeless local spot . God bless Arturo's. And check out the oil paintings on the walls.
Tasty chicken parm and live music , even on a Monday night (piano).
Sit by the piano to enjoy amazing live jazz . And be sure to ask for the garlic cheese bread !!
Out-of-town guests will enjoy the pizza , but even more so, the amazing cheesy garlic bread . And don't forget to make them check out the bathroom .
Dim lit, mafiaesque small restaurant . Live jazz music . Prices on menu are wrong. All large pizzas went up $5. The pizza is tasty.
Best place, not Only for the pizza but mostly because the people is really nice and friendly . Felt like home!
The best pizza in NYC . Lovely piano music and a lively crowd . Just great.
Live Jazz music , pizza and beer couldn’t be better. They serve wine and can beers
The menu doesn't tell you this; but the mac and cheese balls are fried in truffle oil . What a delightful surprise.
Best veal parm , veal cacciatore, and great pizza . Live music and awesome staff .
Best pizza in NYC ; it's a coal oven. House wine is great. Garlic cheesy bread is a must. Live jazz nightly. Leave a note on the chalkboard in the bathroom .
Where else can you enjoy a slice of pizza while listening to live jazz ? Treat your taste buds to the eggplant parm pizza and enjoy the scenery.
Veal Saltimbocca Raimond is OUTSTANDING. And the pizzas are always solid. Plus, great jazz trios with no cover.
Live jazz music , great NY style pizza , and great atmosphere! Good for groups
old school Italian. large, tasty portions. pizza and chicken parm are my two favorites.
Arturos had me at the warm bread basket . Make sure to sit in the front room to watch the late night jazz .
The mac and cheese balls are unassuming on the menu, but super infused with truffle .
Coal oven thin crust pies to die for. Enjoy one with onions while listening to the nightly jazz piano.
One of the best pizzas I've ever had out at a restaurant . Service wasn't excellent but that made up for it
Gotta love a good pie and some live jazz in dim lighting- best pizza date spot
Mini slider , amazing pizza , hot antipasto ! Not one bad thing on the menu!
Arturo's is one of the best places to grab a pie in New York--2nd in my book only to DiFara's in Brooklyn. Nice live music on some nights, too!
Great vibe, AMAZNG pizza ...lot;s of talented jazz acts creating ambiance here on the reg.
Great live music — amazing pasta ???? !!! Indoor seating and outdoor
Excellent coal oven pizza . One of my favorite pies in the city .
Old school Italian vibe. The margherita pie was excellent
Underrated pizza spot . Great old school pizza experience
The stuffed eggplant is amazing and the live music is fantastic.
Pizza pizza pizza ! Eggplant parmesean sandwich or entrée. Oh the whole menu is superb.
Live jazz every night and mega sized portions of everything
Chicken franchaise, tortellini and pizza are the best
Yummy garlic bread . The broccoli and tomato pizza is so good. Ask for Angelo!
