Fantastic location, heated pool , nice view of the harbor , large rooms

We got spotless room with perfect room service , L’occitane essentials, Voss water+Keurig coffee machine and wonderful view !

Coastal view , good service , good location and nice breakfast .

Perfect location across from the beach ! Take the 25 cent trolley to paseo nuevo

Quite expensive location, but it's Santa Barbara :-( The room was great, I liked the view to the Pacific.

Got back to the hotel at 1030 to find no parking available. So they sent up to a lot behind the hotel . Scary and unsafe.

Try the granola & the oatmeal !

Don't expect to check in before 4pm. They don't accommodate guests who arrive early at all!

Give them plenty of time for room service .

This is the second time I've gotten burned on the rate. Corporate rate needs to be manually added but "rules" keep changing. I hope we remove these guys from our corporate preferred hotel list. Not wo
