Great addition to the neighbourhood! Authentic menu mixing joyfully malay, chinese and indian influences, and retro atmosphere with lovely views on the itself vintage Tiong Bahru Market . Delightful!
Love the liver masala . Will always need an extra chai tea drink for that. And possibly, an extra naan bread . All of which are divine, and great for weekend Saturday bookstore trails with kids in tow.
Good place for Indian snacks . The tea bites is a mixed platter with snacks reminiscent of Indian train food. The tea is made like cafe latte , flavors are strong, so beware. Dragon chicken super spicy .
These self styled masala chai experts can't really make a good chai . But at least the curries are flavourful. Nice vibe for groups of friends to chill & catch up. (Shit wine list tho!)
The Okra Fries are amazing! Must try! Skip the ice cream as it comes pre-packed. Owner says the lamb dish is almost always sold out and limited because it takes v long for them to prepare and cook..
Just make sure you make a reservation before you come. Seats are super limited and take them long time to prepare their dish. Pork Knuckles however is da bomb.
Just had the lamb croissant . Perfect blend of Indian and western tastes. Washed it down with a milky rose tea . Very nice :)
Nice lil place - with an outdoor patio . Good selection of drinks and they give you free Chinese peanuts :)
Great food and drinks in chilled atmosphere. Chicken liver was legendary!
These okra fries are surprisingly good! Pork knuckle is unfortunately overfried: meat is dry and tough and the skin is burnt.
Great spot to people watch in a beautiful area of Singapore
Food was so tasty!! Nice relaxed atmosphere
fried chicken 's not bad, hint of cumin though a little dry
The devil curry is a hot as hell. You have been warned.
the only saving grace is the devil 's curry & chicken livers . the laksa & chicken rice balls were disappointing & eggs ben grossly overpriced for smthg I wldve done better @ hm. slow service too
The devil curry is as hot as hell. You have been warned.
Liver curry
Dont dine here unless you are a fan of long waiting time for absolutely mediocre and overpriced food.
Service is snail-paced. Waiters seemed like they were avoiding patrons!
The music is AWFUL
A bit pricey. But worth it! good service great food. Eggs Benedict is a MUST TRY - Jolyn Chung
Best gluten free bread I have EVER had. If I had been in any other restaurant I would have sent it back insisting they had poisoned me ????. Great service, food, atmosphere. We will be back - Tom Blackman
Biting into the airy and light foie gras toast is just divine. Love the Beef Tongue Sammy too. - Melinda C
The chocolate kouign amman is perfect with coffee. The regular one is nice too. - joahnna
Super nice roasted pork, duck and char Siew stall ... Must try !!! - Alicia Yam
Had fennel sausage pizza and their super salad for lunch. So good. Highly recommend. Better than the original PS ?! - Annabel Tan
