Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing

Really nice hotel ...the staff was courtious and helpful, the facilities were top notch, (room, pool, fitness center , etc.), and it was located close to dining, shopping, and entertainment.

The Patio just opened two days ago for a light dinner . All of the drinks and dinner menu were very tasty and I cannot recommend it any more highly for those who eat outside and get personal attention!

Great hotel , clean pet friendly and free parking !! Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. Have stayed twice while driving across the state and will stay again.

If you are having an event , Eliot is very helpful with technology. Overall, the staff is very responsive and helpful in delivering a quality event .

The suites are perfect. Great service. The beds are so comfy and the remodeling looks great! Can't get a better location either!

Beautiful renovations and excellent service. Can't beat the dream bed, shower , sheets, robe, etc... Anything "dream" Call me Starwood Spoiled.

Skip the hotel restaurant . Pre and post renovation, it's a complete disaster. This pic is of the roasted salmon , drowned in a sauce of some type and seemingly accompanied by this a.m.'s hash browns .

Great Caesar salad with perfectly cooked chicken breast . Bar staff very friendly .

Nice place to stay in the Keystone area. Club level rooms are worth it.

Stayed here for GenCon 2012. A little to far to be practical hotel for staying at and there really half renovated. Staff where not very accommodating or helpful. But next to good shopping.

Great food at Season's 52 just a short walk away. Pumped about linking with SPG to get 250 bonus points.

Almost everything closed even breakfast buffet . Hotel says low occupancy. Hmmm.

The rooms are dusty. The shelf holding towels had not been wiped in a while. The tub had chest hair in the shower and it was dirty
