Quesadillas + crack sauce (or any sauces from their sauce bar ) is beyond win. One of the best Mexican joints period (coming from a girl who lived in So Cal). Worth the trek and don't forget cash.

High on the tasty scale. I love the house-made salsa . It ain't exactly California, but it reminds me of old haunts on Valencia in SF.

The chicken taco was greeeeeat! And so was the grapefruit soda....however, it's a bit pricey for a taco joint...more bang for your buck if you get a Burritto!! They huge!!!

Tasty stuff, with excellent carne asada . But they rolled my burrito the wrong way, so I ended up with all meat when I started and all rice at the end.

Their rolled quesadillas are redonk delish. And $3 happy hour beers (9-11pm) make it a perfect and budget-friendly dinner . Awesome staff . A+ music . I love this place.

Everything is always good as usual but the whole place smells like a toilet . There must be something wrong with the plumbing. It makes it hard to seat in the place and eat.

Hard not to go wrong with a Baja fish burrito , which you can't acquire at any of their carts throughout the city .

The wait could be considerable for a taco because of the volume of delivery orders this place gets. But it is typically worth it, and probably the best Mexican in the area.

If you like the restaurant , try the band! The poster in their bathroom is from indie darlings Calexico.

Get the guac . It's a good size for two. Chips are very fresh and tasty.

Chicken burritos are great, add sour cream . Quesadillas are cheesy and delicious. Get crack sauce .

Date #16, Elizabeth: Tasty carne asada . Huge selection of salsas and hot sauces . Prepare for a decent wait, though—while they might be brick-and-mortar, their wait times are reminiscent of a cart.

one of the best mexican restaurants in the city . The taco are phenomenal and the watermelon juice is really refresing.

As a Yankee, I always though grits were kinda disgusting, so Calexico's Anson Mills grits were a minor revelation - be sure and try them.

Three tacos (pollo , carne, pulled pork ) make a nice dinner . Lately loving the black bean burrito . Comes with crack sauce . Salads are also nice, better enjoyed eat-in.

The Baja burrito (fried tilapia ) is excellent.

Go for the Carne Asada . Get some grits too.

They no longer have beer on tap , thus no more $3 pints of Bengali. Such a bummer, I don't come here nearly as often anymore.

You know that kickass Mexican food cart in Soho? Well ... they have a restaurant en route to IKEA with the best burritos in NYC. Ask for the 'crack sauce '.

Just go for the tacos . They are all awesome. Really good guacamole too!

The rolled quesidilla with the crack sauce is extremely addicting. I'd come from Queens to get it.
