I had the most pleasant experience at a best buy that I've had in a really long time. The staff was extremely helpful and they had exactly what I was looking for.

Friendly staff that is ready to help you choose the best electronics for you. If you are having problems with a device they are ready to help answer any questions you have.

Frye 's has more knowledgeable associates (as a whole). There are a few good ones but few and far between.

Every time I turned a corner there was a friendly employee asking me if I needed help w/ anything.

Great buys, found better prices here on some priced at Fryes . Remember extended warranties are optional

When dealing with Geek Squad (from this store)...ask for a manager. Most associates are not hired for their knowledge .

Will never come back here! Waited forever to get help buying a tv . I was passed over because all the employees helped all their @homies "and not me ! Suck s I was looking at a 1,700 dollar tv !

I am not saying that the others are lying, but I have never had an issue with things being out of stock or with rude employees.

No one is ever around when u really need them.

Don't shop here- trust me. Horrible staff that couldn't care less about customers- I've been waiting in line for 15 minutes while they argue with a customer.
