Love my city , but Allen parkway 2014 has just got more amazing this past year, new trails for runners , bikers , such an ambient vibe brings the best out of me when it comes to nature. #BeFree
The Allen parkway and buffalo bayou trail revitalization is awesome , can't wait till it's all completed , it's a vital update to the downtown Houston area!
Brand new bicycle trails . Separate paths for walking. Beware the bats at the Waugh underpass - smells awful. ????
There are a lot of crossing points over the bayou so it's a good variable-length trail .
The park is looking great after all the renovations. Running from Memorial park to Downtown is nice run
The trail on the memorial side now connects all the way under and beyond the studemont bridge ! Good for different length loops at the park !
Great trail for bikers , runners , dog lovers ... #hearthouston
Watching the stragglers running the marathon @ mile 23. Glad I'm not running. ????
Allen pkwy's hills make for a much tougher run than the flat terrains at Rice and Memorial .
The Buffalo Bayou Partnership is out here promoting the renovations starting January 27th
There are some great hills for hill sprints on the Allen parkway side of the loop
Watch for the Waugh Bridge Bat Colony after dusk
Great dog play areas
