When it rains the hallways are under water, there is construction going on so I hope that they will make some modern changes. Put the towels on the ground underneath the sink, got no new replaced.
The Italian restaurant next to the hotel is very nice and cheap , the hotel is regular.

Muy buen hotel , muy atentos todo el personal , asegúrate de tener balcón en tu cuarto, y la ubicación es excelente, a una cuadra de la 5ta avenida y a la altura de Mamita's.
