Clean and comfortable . Perfectly located (walking distance) for most of the historic places we wanted to visit on our trip.
Near 95 and in a great location if you plan on spending alot of your time in the historic part of Philly. Great deal $wise, but a little run down.
Although is nice and clean , in winter the most important aspect is room temperature. it's freezing if you don't open that noisy machine. and when you open you can't sleep.
Second time staying here. Clean , nice, big rooms . Nice lobby. Close to eateries and sites. Good/safe area.
Nice, comfortable rooms . Good staff . Try the hamam.
A little run diwn, but aboit to start on a complete remodel since buying hotel from Holiday Inn . Can't you beat the location or price!
The entire indoor renovation has been completed and would love it! However outside is now under reconstruction.
Rooms are nicely remodeled ! Location is perfect!!
Great location. Wi-fi speed is kind of slow but it's free. Heater/air conditioner in my room was so loud !!
Free high speed wifi is good. The lobby is fancy . The room is like standard 3.5 star hotel rooms. Bathroom is rather old.
Nice quiet hotel . Free wifi
Beautifully renovated rooms
Parking over night is $36
Historic is how I'd describe the hotel , this place needs a complete overhaul. The free Wifi is the only positive. Being reminded at every breakfast that a tip is required is bordering on rude.
Room is in need of renovation. It appears some parts of the hotel are being renovated. Hopefully this room is on the list!
The staff members were not that friendly to my view . It feels like in a factory there.
Room. Close to old city
Please avoid if you can, we walked into a room that was unprepared at 3pm. Cigarette burns in the sheets, no shower curtain, interruptions from crew, overcharged and not close to worth $300/night.
Rooms were average, bellman was very helpful, breakfast was good.
Good location
Very nice staff , average quality room.
Was told I had to wait an hour for room service ! Restaurant is dead! BS
Bartender is the slowest and the worst.
Très bon hôtel , grande chambre , piscine sur le toit . Restaurant au rez de chaussée bon marché.
Bel hôtel bien situé très bon accueil
Awesome place to stay, I love the way people greets and welcome you, also their rooms were classic and clean. - Charles Green
Loved this hotel! Beautiful view, great service and very helpful staff. ????❤️ will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Philadelphia. - Irina Liakh
Great location on Broad, walkable to shopping, subway and Kimmel Center events. Best breakfast, stellar views. We make a point of reserving here first. Nice staff, too. - Kathleen Ognibene
beck's cajun cafe is one of my favorite places for cajun food - excellent jambalayas and gumbos - Aileen Tse
Fantastic staff, information, and the best place to start for your historic trip in Philadelphia. - Nick Sweetman
Unreal. Easily one of the coolest experiences I've ever had. You HAVE to wait in line and take the tour of the inside. Breathtaking views into history. - Colin Nelson
