Great location on Broad, walkable to shopping, subway and Kimmel Center events . Best breakfast , stellar views . We make a point of reserving here first. Nice staff , too.

this place be nice as hecke. If you stay in the 5th floor suites park on the 6th level of the parking garage , there is an elevator that takes you right to the 5th floor.

an ancient hotel built of stones and sticks. I'm not sure if even the electricity will work during your visit, not to mention the gym or pool. Rooms are cleaned a couple of times a month. Not too bad

Nice hotel , very clean....but we had one of those adjoining rooms and you could hear everything your neighbor talked about.

Loved the pool, 5th floor outdoor patio , the gym , the cookie , and the Crabtree & Evelyn shampoo + conditioner. Could hear the elevators and neighbors all night though. Good location.

Nice rooms. Beware of suites though. They're overpriced and tiny for the overcharge. Also, few suites actually have the view you see on the website which made our hotel stay pretty disappointing.

Could hear almost everything through the walls, very slippery bathroom floor and tub, almost fell a few times! Other than that rooms were a good size and pool was nice

I only drink water. For 3 days, in dining room at breakfast , they wouldn't give me water until long after I finished breakfast . Hilton people, why not put water out for self serve like the juice !

We do the designs for the Sylvania deck and the other deck near the pool, we also do all the interior and exterior landscape designs for this hotel . I love this hotel its beautiful

Stay away from room #10 on each floor ... small, pulldown bed ... but when I asked to change, the reception team was very helpful.

ask for room 3 on any level (I.E. 2203 if you are a HHonors member or like 1803, etc if not). the views from the "3" room on every floor are awesome views of the avenue of the arts

The hotel is good but the service is bad, good location in downtown but parking is not included and cost 30 dollars per night.

The hotel no longer has a hot tub , despite their website, directory of services and other marketing materials. Thoroughly misleading and disappointing!
